No Schwab product has ever failed to protect its contents as stated by its UL label. In fact, Schwab is so confident in all of their products' abilities to safeguard their contents that a $100,000 covered contents guarantee comes with every product.

Free After-the-Fire Replacement

In the unfortunate event of a fire, Schwab will replace any damaged Schwab product. This makes Schwab products a once in a lifetime purchase.*

Warranty

If a mechanical or operable part (such as handles, latches, locks, suspensions, etc...) of any Schwab product should malfunction or break during normal use, Schwab will, at our option, repair or replace such part free for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.*

*FireGuard™ Small Office/Home Safes have a one-year warranty on all parts and labor. There is also a 12-year, after-the-fire replacement guarantee.
